What is your shipping policy?

Standard delivery within SINGAPORE

  • For orders above SGD$45 - Free delivery (courier)

  • For orders under SGD$45 - SGD$4.5 delivery via Ninjapack

  • Estimated delivery time: 2-3 working days*.
    * Please note these delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  • Deliveries are made on Monday โ€“ Fridays by local courier

  • Web orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Orders received on a non-working day will be dispatched the following day.

  • Self pick up is available at:

International Shipping

  • Shipping charges and times will vary with location and weight. The rate will be advised before we despatch the order. Any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.

Are your snacks gluten free?

We understand the desire to have gluten free snacks and we do have some options!

How are payments made?

All payments are made in Singapore Dollars (S$). All our payments are handled by Stripe, a highly reputable payment gateway company. Stripeโ€™s secured platform to facilitate all payment transactions. Stripe accepts debit/credit cards via Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. 

What is your return policy?

If for some reason our product is faulty or damaged, we will accept returns for a full refund (less shipping costs) within 30 days of delivery. Please write to us at hello@oatberry.com for assistance.
